One month ago as of 21st November, I began my journey as a Marketing Intern at Gloss marketing agency in Dubai, and it has been an incredible experience of learning, growth, and support.
The change from the student life to the work life has been both challenging and rewarding, and I could not have asked for a better environment to start my career.
The entire team’s warmth and supportive culture have encouraged creativity and learning from day one.
I owe special thanks to my managing Director Claris Micheal, whose inspiring leadership creates a motivating atmosphere, it has been incredible watching here go from meeting to meeting while also finding time to indulge in small talk with the team and a huge thanks to my Manager Momina Qadeer, who has been like a big sister and a mentor to me—offering guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support every single step of the way.

In just a month, I’ve learned so much and much more than just corporate things but also things that aid me in my personal life. These lessons have sharpened my skills and deepened my understanding of the ever-evolving marketing landscape and also have encouraged me to try to come out of the box I find myself due to my shy personality.
I am excited about the projects ahead and look forward to growing with Gloss Marketing Agency, contributing to its innovative campaigns and creative success.
