Imposter syndrome is defined as "a psychological pattern where individuals doubt their accomplishments, skills, or talents, fearing that they will be exposed as frauds or that their success is attributed to luck rather than their abilities or hard work."
On paper I have an everexpanding list of accomplishments- achieving good academic success, success in extra curricular activities among others yet I still feel unaccomplished.
I feel numb.
I feel like I do not deserve anything I have ever achieved.
I wonder if this feeling will ever go away.
Everytime I try expressing my feelings to anyone I get met with eye rolls.
They say I am lucky,
But would someone who is lucky feel this way? If they do maybe I want to be the unluckiest person alive
